POSITION TITLE: Christian Youth Coordinator REPORTS TO: Church Council EFFECTIVE DATE: 12/06/2024 POSITION STATUS: Part Time (~10 hours/week) POSITION SUMMARY: Director of Christian Youth Program Coordinator oversees and directs all aspects of Christian Education for youth ministries and children’s ministries, and manages the development and growth of the Christian youth Education program at First Congregational Church UCC in Fremont. Through teaching, worship, word and example, the coordinator guides students in Christian faith and life. This position supports the spiritual formation of children and youth to ensure consistency, continuity, and relationships.
